Note:
1)
The joining time, where ever admissible to the above
officials is restricted to 03 days and unavailed joining time will be credited
to their leave account. This measure is
taken inview of acute shortage of staff. Both Head Postmasters are permitted to
credit un availed joining time, wherever, admissible to the officials to their
leave account without awaiting orders from this office.
2)
The officials at Sl No 1,4,9,14,15 and 16 will make
first move. Postmasters Mahbubnagar HO and Gadwal HO will please relieve them
under office arrangement.
3)
No leave of any kind will be granted to any of the
officials who are under the orders of transfer, until they assume charge of new
post. All leave granting authorities should note this. Any deviation in this
regard will be viewed seriously.
4)
