On 28.10.2012, Dr Krupa Rani Killi [MP from Andhra Pradesh] took oath for MOS for Ministry of Communications and Information Technology and Shri Pallam Raju [MP from Andhra Pradesh]took oath for HRD in place of Shri Kapil Sibal, besides MOCIT.
